University Parkway School of Evangelism (U.P.S.O.E.)

The University Parkway School of Evangelism course takes the call to "go into all the world and preach the gospel" (Mk.16:15) and offers a complete guide to Evangelism. We believe that once a follower of Christ sees that they too can be used to share the word of God then they will be a missionary for life whether they are reaching their neighbors, co-workers, and family or traveling the globe sharing the good news of Christ's soon return. Jesus is even calling you. 

Students will learn the history, definitions and Biblical basis of the role of evangelism. It will cover practical information to help students learn the cycle of evangelism, how to initiate conversations, prepare Bible studies, how to answer objections, and encourage decisions. In addition to class time, there will be requirements for outside reading, personal devotion, memorizing scripture, community outreach and preparing and delivering a bible study in class.

White said plainly "God could have reached His object in saving sinners without our aid; but in order for us to develop a character like Christ's, we must share in His work.  In order to enter into His joy, the joy of seeing souls redeemed by His sacrifice, we must participate in His labors for their redemption."
